Neutralising your gas and electric bill

You may have seen two guys on YouTube this past month sitting in a car calling National grid.  They are asking them who owns the gas they transport through their pipes. Oddly National grid can’t answer specifically who owns what actually arrives at their homes. On that basis these two are under the misconception they can get their gas free. They believe this because National grid lease the meter from Siemens. And you can lawfully have your own meter installed. They believe once done you can tell National grid as you have no idea who owns it you can’t bill me. They are wrong but I won’t go into that yet.

What they are missing is you can install your own meter with two provisions. One its done by a registered gas fitter. And two it’s billing compliant. How does this help me I hear you say?

Because once you install the device that measures the amount of gas for billing purposes you will be supplying a service. And like any service you can bill for it. Once you install your own meter you send National grid a contract stating your service and that it is conditional for their access as well as billing and first access after notification is agreement to contract, I know using their own shifty tactics against them.

Remember no one gets something for nothing. So don’t bill them an amount that cancels out your bill and gets you out on a weekend bender. It’s also unfair advantage and a no no in contract law. Say your monthly bill is £250. Then bill your transport measurement service at £150. Youll still have to hand over £250 but £150 of it will be what they paid you for your legitimate service. Your contract also states the usual ability to increase at times. Read theirs you’ll get the idea. I’ve just spent a week with someone who has been doing it for 6 yrs. I’m not even supposed to blab but I’m keeping his name out. Enjoy.

Childhood Friend

As I’m going to post this to twitter I’ll begin by saying this. You have probably read me saying I still miss my childhood friend even now after almost 50 years. Well there’s more to it than just that and I have a feeling of dread that something may have happened to him in the so called care system. let me explain.

    Billy, that was his name, his last name I’ll keep back as there are other children involved it may expose, well they’re not children now but all the same. I knew Billy from the age of four and we grew up together in and out of each others homes just a few doors apart. My dad was a seaman and my mum cleaned. Billy’s Dad was a lorry driver and his mum a house wife. Everything went along fine for a good few years. One night there was a big row in the street and Billy’s dad was punching the lights out of a neighbor, we never found out why then and though we speculated I’m not going to do that here. Suffice to say from that night things changed for Billy. Every night we would hear rows coming from his home. The next day he would have a thick lip or a black eye. It got to the stage he would be frightened to go home. We would be about nine years old when this began. it went on for another three years, the odd occasion the cops would come and take Billy’s dad away, this was in the days when cops did not interfere in domestic violence so apart from drunk and disorderly he would be released the next morning. The drinking got worse and so did the violence. Billy took to staying out all night, and I would stay with him.One afternoon during a row after afternoon drinking Billy came sprinting out of the house with his dad chasing him and shouting come here you little bastard, then he threw something that hit Billy on the back of the head, it was a claw hammer. His dad shit himself knowing he’d gone too far, he picked him up and carried him into the house, Then an ambulance came and they left in it. The next morning Billy came to ours with a bald patch on his head and stitches and he was laughing, talk about a kind of Stockholm syndrome.

  One night another row started up in the street and a gang from around the area arrived and cheered Billy’s dad into beating up another neighbor. Then the cops came and took him but this time they searched the house and asked everyone in the street about them, even the kids got questioned, theirs and us. All Billy’s brothers and sisters where taken away that night, Billy was in ours watching out of the upper window, I had denied seeing him and lied to say he had run away. Anyway we where caught a few nights later having broke into a scout hut and made tea and while we where in the process of eating the biscuits when the cops came. That was the last I ever saw of him. Years later his sister came to see her mum, by this time the mother was a very bad wino. I had been married about two years and invited Anne and her husband to mine. Her husband worked for Naval intelligence, which at that time I thought nothing of at all, except I was a bit impressed he was a Lieutenant of some sort. Anne would not even talk about Billy at all, she just went off on a tangent about anything and everything rather than speak about him, in such a strange way it was almost an illness. And that was the last connection with the family I had.

Now nearly 50 years later and hearing about all the abuse in care homes I worry Billy is one of the missing.

To Be King

The Queen gets her right to be Queen from her Father who was King. But where did he get his right to be King? We all know its handed down like some family heirloom from one generation to the next. But the question I’m asking is how in the mists of time does a King get the right to be King? Well according to Kings and the law surrounding Kings its a God given right, its where the divine right of Kings comes from. But who in modern times believes in God in any organised religious way? In fact the sexual abuse worldwide by catholic priests put paid to that, and more of it is still coming out. So if a King be a King by the belief of the people believing in God and the King having his right given from God to be King then legally no King now has a legal foot to stand on. This makes the monarchy null and void.

Cuts R Us

Another round of cuts announced today but not for the Governments money laundering service “Foreign Aid”. We all know very little of the money allocated ever gets to those who it was intended for, it mostly ends up as 4×4’s for tyrants and their entourages, some even for Lear jets. Government after government have been aware of this and the main stream media have made it news many times. So why do they keep giving it?

As far as I’m concerned its a money laundering service, donations are made and the fiddling twats here get a cut from it put in a numbered account. It definitely doesn’t get to the poor and starving, those desperate for clean drinking water. If it did then by now we wouldn’t have a constant barrage of non governmental organisations running adverts with a whining violin begging for us to send them £2 for poor Emily or George, with the overbearing slant that if you don’t you are an utter selfish uncaring cunt. Bum bum bum went the drum. I’m numb to it now, I don’t know about you.

Foreclosure

I’m putting this here so its all in one place rather than lines of 140 on twitter.

A lot of people in the United States are being foreclosed on. Some are even getting notices giving them as soon as 10 days to vacate, we’re talking about families here with children, some very young. Obviously some will go to see attorney’s to get help. These attorney’s can submit a document, it doesn’t matter what document as there are many. This document can put their foreclosure to the bottom of the pile for as long as 5 years, even 7 to 8 in some cases. While this happens no mortgage or property tax needs to be paid, this gives ample time to save enough to buy or rent elsewhere if eventually foreclosure commits. But, and this is the big but, What most of them won’t tell you, and they are not allowed to advertise it, is there is another action they can take called a “Quiet Title Action”. Some won’t tell you because during the 5 to 8 year period of keeping you at the bottom of the foreclosure committal they are earning $7000 a year retainers, but some lawyers are sharks so no surprises there. Banks hate quiet actions, so without further ado go here and begin your quest to get your mortgage cancelled and wiped out. Good luck.

Give Us The Fucking Money

This will be short and to the point. When you all took out loans and were mis-sold payment insurance, there was an investigation and eventually the greedy banks where forced to pay you back, everyone is no doubt aware of fucking PPI telephone calls. Right that said lets move onto why I put that down first.

   Big oil has been robbing all of us for more than a decade by fixing fuel prices. So why should they get away with it when the bankers had to pay up? OK so no one can prove how much they where over charged, well some probably can, others will lie and say it was more than they would be entitled to. So a one off across the board same payment to everyone needs to be agreed and they are forced to pay it to each and every one of us or go to jail. Simple as that.  Now Cameron get up off your arse and sort it.
